At Ummi’s Learning Center, we are committed to providing a learning environment rooted in the Qur’an and Sunnah as understood by the Salaf. To uphold these values and ensure a respectful and productive learning space, all students are expected to follow our Code of Conduct.

Student Expectations:

  • Always give and return the salaams as a way of spreading peace and brotherhood.

  • Show respect to teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times.

  • Follow all classroom rules and teacher instructions promptly and responsibly.

  • Adhere to the school dress code, even when attending classes virtually.

  • Do not take photos, screenshots, or record classmates or classroom sessions under any circumstance.

  • No celebrations of birthdays or non-Islamic holidays. Only Eid al-Fitr and Eid al Adha are recognized and celebrated within our school environment.

  • Music is not permitted in any form within the school’s platform, whether during lessons or in submitted assignments.

  • Students are not permitted to create private online groups, chats, or classrooms involving ULC students without parent knowledge and administrative approval.

Disciplinary Process:

Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct will be taken seriously

  • A warning will be issued, and parents will be contacted via email or phone by the administration.

  • If the behavior continues or worsens, it may result in temporary suspension.

  • Continued noncompliance or severe misconduct may lead to expulsion from the school.

  • We aim to instill Adab (good manners), responsibility, and accountability in our students so they can grow into respectful, practicing Muslims who reflect the beauty of Islam in both word and action.
